On some devices (in particular Huawei devices), all background processes of apps that are not in the trusted apps list get automatically killed. Make sure that EasyNotify is in this list. You should also check your energy saver settings, sometimes you have to include the app in a list in there.

If the notification still won't get displayed, make sure that the app is allowed to send notifications.
